Responsibilities

Calendar Support – limited to sending meeting invites and coordinating room reservations after receiving date/time and attendee information
Audit/Monitoring Visit support with document gathering and guest logistics
Special Guest agenda building and day of coordination including seminars and transportation
Service Now Ticket submission reference/training support for CRC staff
Concur Travel Report and Expense data entry support after receiving travel prep template from staff member
Maintain the CRC Support budget
Maintain the division medical license database
Maintain CBDC Clinical Research Quality Assurance Qualification Library (Medical License, C.V., GCP certificate)
Maintain Clinical Research Central Administrative files
Communicate with CTMS team to assist providers in obtaining OnCore Access

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience that demonstrates knowledge and competency
Five (5) years program coordination support experience; including at least two (2) years of experience organizing multiple projects through to completion
Experience working on process improvement projects with cross-functional teams
Experience organizing multiple projects through to completion
Successful track record convening and facilitating dialogue with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Experience with: drafting, editing and developing communications and/or reports

Preferred

Experience working in public health, health care or social services
Experience working on continuous process improvement projects and thorough understanding of lean methodology
Experience in coordinating events and/or project management
Experience with budgeting
