Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Student Employee for the Department of Accounting to provide tutoring services to students enrolled in various accounting courses. The role involves coordinating tutoring plans with professors and delivering one-on-one and group-study sessions, both in person and online.

Responsibilities

Provide tutoring services to students enrolled in Intermediate Accounting I (ACCT 3313) or Intermediate Accounting II (ACCT 3314) or Federal Taxation Concepts (ACCT 3353) or Cost Accounting (ACCT 3347) courses

Coordinate tutoring plans and topics with professors teaching the course

Tutoring services may include but are not limited to one-on-one sessions, group-study sessions, use of online study games, and creation of study guides

The ability to work with students in person and online is preferred
