Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage government contracts
Advise on compliance with federal, state, and local procurement regulations
Assist with proposal preparation
Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, product, engineering, and finance
Advise on IP, data rights, privacy, and cybersecurity
Create and maintain standardized contract templates to streamline and scale government contracting workflows
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
J.D. and an active state bar membership
8+ years of relevant experience in government contracts law
Technology industry experience
Extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex government contracts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
Preferred
Experience advising on government contracts related to software, artificial intelligence, cloud-based offerings, or data-driven technologies
Familiarity with procurement and contracting frameworks used by the DoD, intelligence community, or civilian government entities
Active security clearance
