Start in 2026 SummerThe U.S. Chamber of Commerce offers a substantive internship program aimed at developing young leaders through hands-on work experience. Interns will engage in research, writing, database management, policy, communications, and event preparation while networking with colleagues and executives.

Participating in a variety of programming
Assisting with content creation
Coordinating events
Supporting HR initiatives
Enhancing outreach

Preparation for leadership meetings and engagements
Outreach coordination
Member communications
Research that supports grassroots engagement and strengthens the Chamber’s nationwide network
Managing logistics and vendor relations
Supporting event material development
Handling attendee communications
Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless event execution
Developing and executing main programmatic content for events
Supporting content producers in the development of event agendas
Participating in stakeholder engagement
Supporting outreach and strategic initiatives
Contributing to recruitment efforts
Assisting with candidate outreach
Contributing to onboarding processes
Providing technologies and technology training to employees
Qualification
Required
Current college or graduate students, as well as individuals who have graduated within the past six months
U.S. work authorization
Ability to work a hybrid schedule and be in the office at least two days a week
Making own housing accommodations if needed
