Responsibilities
Deliver in-office, virtual, and CE-accredited training sessions on AvaDent’s digital denture workflows
Support clinicians and lab teams during onboarding, case planning, and live patient workflows
Provide hands-on demonstrations and chairside assistance as needed
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand product utilization across assigned territory
Represent AvaDent at industry events, trade shows, and study clubs
Gather customer feedback to improve processes, products, and educational materials
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, case support, and education outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of dental or lab experience focusing on removable prosthetics or implant dentistry
Experience delivering CE or hands-on training highly desirable
Strong understanding of CAD/CAM systems and digital workflows
Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
Must be able to travel 50–60% of the time within the Eastern U.S. region
Capable of standing for extended periods during presentations or training sessions
Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. of materials or demonstration equipment
Preferred
Dental Assistant (EFTA) or Certified Dental Technician (CDT) strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
