Resolve inquiries and issues effectively while maintaining high guest satisfaction
Accurately track guest interactions and sales opportunities using CRM tools
Build trust and loyalty with repeat guests through personalized engagement
Qualification
Required
Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Skill in upselling while enhancing the overall guest experience
Ability to quickly and effectively resolve guest issues
Strong collaboration skills and commitment to achieving shared goals
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred
TICO Certification (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) required within the first 60 days of employment; employer will cover the cost of the first attempt
Previous experience in a customer service role within the travel industry
