Responsibilities

Assist the Program Director in managing day-to-day operations of the Family Resource Center
Oversee intake, assessments, and service planning for families
Supervise and support front-line staff, including hiring, training, and professional development
Monitor program compliance with DCF guidelines and contractual obligations
Conduct staff meetings and provide guidance on case management and service delivery
Collaborate with community partners to enhance family support services
Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of program data and outcomes
Participate in program evaluations and audits to maintain quality standards
Represent the Family Resource Center at community events and meetings
Assist in crisis intervention and safety planning for families in urgent situations

Required

High School Diploma required
1–3 years of related experience in family support or child welfare services
Standard Class C or D license required

Cultural competence and trauma-informed care approach
Problem-solving and crisis management skills
