Partnerships Lead – Provider Team

The Partnerships Lead on the Provider Team will be responsible for managing partner relationships, executing the partnerships playbook, and driving the growth of the partnerships channel.

Responsibilities

Execute against Eko’s partnerships playbook to identify, onboard, and activate new partners in support of team goals
Own end-to-end partner development, including identifying priority targets, researching and building outreach strategies, and guiding partners from initial engagement through onboarding and launch
Lead partnership-related cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch. Define requirements, align stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive execution
Drive cross-functional timelines across internal teams to ensure partner launch readiness and delivery against shared KPIs
Manage and process partner inventory and order requests, coordinating with internal teams to meet partner needs on time
Create and improve partner-facing materials, including sales collateral, creative assets, and brand guidelines, to ensure consistent branding and effective messaging
Product regular partner performance reports and pipeline updates, maintaining accurate forecasts to inform planning and decision-making
Plan and lead regular meetings to drive engagement and growth; own agenda development and meeting logistics
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product innovation plans align with and support partners’ sales objectives
Serve as a key liaison across internal teams to ensure partnership initiatives are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities
Conduct ongoing market and partner research to stay informed on industry trends and new opportunities to grow the partnerships channel
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in partnership workflows and help implement improvements to increase speed, consistency, and scalability
Assist in managing budgets related to partner activities and events, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
Ensure all partnership activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5-8+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, business development, customer-facing operations, or related roles
Experience managing both external and internal relationships and processes end-to-end
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with partners and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working with data to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making, with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and familiarity with CRM and project management tools
Proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
