The role involves partnering with department managers to develop recruitment strategies, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Partner with hotel department managers to understand hiring needs and develop winning recruitment strategies
Leverage tools like an ATS, Excel, ect. to manage candidate pipelines and track your recruitment success
Source top talent via job boards, social media, networking events, and more—you’re always on the lookout
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of hospitality professionals for current and future roles
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and match candidates to roles where they’ll thrive
Ensure all hiring practices comply with labor laws—professional and compliant is how we roll
Act as the go-to liaison between candidates and hiring managers, keeping communication clear and timely
Help shape our future team by supporting succession planning and identifying internal talent ready for growth
Qualification
Required
Experience using recruitment tools
A solid understanding of creative sourcing strategies and talent acquisition best practices
Social media savvy—you know how to post, promote, and engage
Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and HR compliance
A knack for building genuine relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
Top-notch communication skills—clear, professional, and engaging
Experience in employee relations and a proactive approach to problem-solving
A passion for continuous improvement—you're always looking for ways to recruit smarter and better
