Handle the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution

Conduct client interviews, investigate claims, and gather supporting evidence

Draft and file pleadings, motions, demands, and discovery documents

Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial

Represent clients in court proceedings with confidence and professionalism

Negotiate settlements and advocate for maximum client recovery

Counsel clients throughout the legal process with empathy and clarity

Oversee, train, and support legal assistants and case management staff
