Responsibilities
Design and deliver high-quality AI and data science training content
Create full-cycle prompting tasks that reflect real-world AI use cases
Guide learners or AI systems through end-to-end model reasoning and evaluation workflows
Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality
Develop structured assessments, challenges, and benchmarks for model performance
Provide clear, actionable feedback through written documentation and verbal reviews
Continuously refine training materials based on industry trends and model behavior
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
Strong working experience as a Data Scientist on AI-driven projects
Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and model evaluation
Experience with full-cycle AI prompting and real-world model interaction
Proficiency with data science and ML tools such as Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous collaboration environment
