Responsibilities
Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts, with a focus on condos and properties
Handle general account servicing, including quoting new and renewal business
Provide exceptional client experience and maintain strong client relationships
Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and certificate of insurance (COI) management
Contribute to the growth and retention of the agency's book of business
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Minimum of 5+ years in commercial lines account management, preferably with large market experience
Proficiency in EPIC software is essential
Familiarity with generalist accounts, with a strong emphasis on condos and properties
Must reside within driving distance of MD, DC, PA, NJ, or DE for quarterly in-office meetings
Preferred
Stable and steady career history, ideally with experience in larger agencies
