Responsibilities

Oversee and support manufacturer’s representatives and distributors throughout assigned territory
Appoint and manage new channel partners where appropriate
Travel (~50%) to conduct in-person meetings with customers, distributors, and reps
The remaining 50% of time will be focused on proactive pipeline development using CRM (HubSpot), outbound calling, email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach
Develop and execute outbound lead generation using CRM (HubSpot), email campaigns, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Schedule and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application engineering sessions both in-person and via web conferencing tools
Own opportunities and action items across the sales pipeline while coordinating with internal teams, representatives, and distributors to drive deals forward
Regularly conduct product and sales training sessions for manufacturer’s representatives and distributors
Travel through assigned sales territory to visit customers, partners, and support tradeshows (25–50% travel)
Attend and represent Grace Technologies at assigned trade shows and events, including Rockwell Automation Fair
Engage with customers to assess needs, propose solutions, and resolve sales or technical issues
Use HubSpot CRM to track sales activity, identify key accounts and contacts, and manage pipeline visibility
Help coordinate pricing structures, discounts, and customer quotes in collaboration with leadership and customer support teams
Experiment and innovate with new strategies to drive engagement and pipeline growth

Required

Strong understanding of industrial/electrical terminology and product applications
Ability to balance strategic account planning with day-to-day sales execution
Experience using CRM and ERP systems; HubSpot preferred
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with AI sales tools and social outreach platforms (e.g., Sybill, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Valid U.S. driver's license
Travel availability: 50%
Requires education generally equivalent to a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing or Engineering or related field or equivalent experience in a related technical field
2+ years of experience in industrial sales, inside, or outside sales
Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation
Ability to efficiently use Google translate to support customers in other languages
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as pricing, quotes, and discounts
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to solve practical issues involving a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have sufficient knowledge of industry accepted ERP and CRM system, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
A general understanding of industry SCADA systems and other communication protocols would be helpful
