Executive Assistant, Amazon Leo

Amazon is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit. The Amazon Leo team is seeking a self-motivated Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Business Development, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple critical requests effectively.

Responsibilities

Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Drive key team activities such as staff meeting agendas, off-sites, and all-org meetings
Space planning
Travel coordination and expense reimbursement
Management of special projects as needed
Have fun at work and help others do the same

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeC-level calendar managementExecutive Assistant experienceTeam managementMatrix organization experience

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with C-level executive calendar management
Experience as an Executive Assistant
Ability to contribute to a global administrative support team
Ability to think and plan ahead
Ability to delegate responsibilities appropriately
Ability to manage time effectively
Ability to proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
