Responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical construction documents for HVAC and ductwork/piping systems
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and multidisciplinary teams
Support project planning, schedules, and technical decision-making
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site visits
Prepare system narratives, Basis of Design documents, and specifications
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to QA/QC and process improvements
Explore energy-efficient and sustainable mechanical solutions

Qualification

HVAC design experienceMechanical Engineering degreePE licenseRevitAutoCADMultitasking skillsMicrosoft OfficeTrane TraceCarrier HAPCommunication skillsProblem-solving skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of HVAC design experience
PE license or ability to obtain within 1–2 years
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
AutoCAD
Microsoft Office

Preferred

A/E or consulting environment preferred
Experience with healthcare, government, education, or institutional projects a plus
Revit (preferred)
Trane Trace or Carrier HAP (preferred)
