Responsibilities
Manage all mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
Coordinate with GC, design, and owner teams to ensure quality delivery
Review drawings and resolve technical or field issues
Support commissioning and turnover processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience managing mechanical systems on large commercial or mission-critical projects
Strong understanding of data center mechanical systems (chilled water, CRAC/CRAH, etc.)
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
PE or PMP
