Senior Product Manager, Capital Markets, Network Connectivity
Google is a leading technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Capital Markets and Network Connectivity team. The role involves guiding products from conception to launch, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery, and defining product goals and strategies to capture market share in network connectivity.

Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end product development process, including ideation, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution. Work closely with Engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and use cases in the data transfer portfolio. Conduct market research, engaged analysis, and customer interviews to gather insights
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Capacity and Support, to ensure seamless coordination and successful product delivery
Define and track key product metrics and success criteria. Analyze product performance, customer usage patterns, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in product management or related technical role
3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc)
Experience with networking, network architecture, networking protocols, and software architecture
Preferred
Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field
5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., marketing, business operations, consulting)
5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership
3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership
3 years of experience in software development or engineering
