Responsibilities

Identify and engage new business opportunities in the US region, leveraging market insight and an established network to drive growth
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, proactively identifying ways to expand our collaboration and deliver greater value
Lead end-to-end sales processes—from discovery to contract—guiding clients through solution options with a consultative and problem-solving mindset
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their operational challenges and tailoring our solutions to support their business goals
Maintain a strong grasp of regional market dynamics and emerging trends to inform your strategy and client conversations
Represent the company at industry events and client engagements, articulating our value proposition and technology leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, delivery, and technical teams to align our offerings with client needs
Represent the company in senior level proposals and commercial meetings with executives from Fortune 500 companies

Required

8+ years of payments technology industry experience, including 3+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience
Proven experience across both business development and account management in complex environments
Strong consultative sales skills
Deep understanding of payment technology solutions and payment industry players
Prior experience across the US market
Bachelors Degree, preferably within Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
Willingness to travel across the region as required
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in an international fast paced environment
Autonomous personality with make things happen mindset as well as proactive attitude
Problem solving skills
Transversal leadership

Preferred

Prior employment at US based Payment Networks and/or Acquirer/Processors is a plus
Knowledge across Digital Identity and/or Smart Mobility is a plus
