The Restaurant Server will ensure a positive and memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and processing payments.

Responsibilities
Greet guests, escort them to tables, present menus, and answer any questions about the food and drinks
Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff
Deliver food and beverages to the table and check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Prepare tables for new guests, and clear away finished plates and other items as the meal progresses
Present guest bill and process payment transactions, including cash, credit cards, and room charges
Lead and supervise other servers
Coordinate floor operations
Manage table assignments
Handle customer concerns
Assist with training new staff
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be outgoing and willing to provide the very best in customer service and hospitality by creating memorable experiences for our guests
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Employees must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
