Responsibilities
Lead scheduling strategy, standards, and processes across multiple regions and projects
Develop and maintain baseline and master schedules from preconstruction through completion
Provide schedule analysis, risk forecasting, and recovery planning for active projects
Support pursuit efforts and project planning with accurate schedule insights
Mentor and develop a team of schedulers to ensure strong consistency and performance
Present schedule reporting and metrics to project and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of construction scheduling experience with major commercial projects
Proven expertise in data center construction scheduling
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
Strong understanding of critical path, sequencing, and risk analysis
Experience influencing project strategy and collaborating with executive leadership
