Review drawings and specifications to develop detailed cost estimates
Conduct material and labor take-offs using estimating software
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to confirm pricing and scope
Prepare bid proposals, budgets, and project cost breakdowns
Participate in bid reviews and value engineering discussions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of electrical estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
Experience with estimating software (Accubid, McCormick, Trimble, etc.)
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
