Conduct market research to identify target audiences for new start-up services
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote home care and social day programs
Create engaging content (website, social media, blogs) to raise awareness and generate leads
Assist with outreach to community partners, healthcare providers, and local organizations
Track and analyze outreach effectiveness to help shape program strategy
Collaborate with teams to understand and communicate program benefits
Qualification
Required

Strong communication skills and a passion for community service and senior care
Ability to work independently and in teams
Preferred
Students in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, Design, or related fields interested in start-up development and community-focused services
