Lead and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership and the board
Assess and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting structures
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
Support audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and support the finance and accounting team
Assist with special projects such as mergers, acquisitions, system implementations, or restructuring initiatives

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior-level roles
