IT Help Desk Specialist
Precise Systems is a solutions-based company focused on innovation in support of warfighters. They are currently seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to support their NSWC customer in Crane, Indiana, responsible for providing technical support and maintaining professional relationships in a busy call center environment.

Responsibilities
Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system(s)
Effective verbal and written communication
Maintaining professional relationships with all customers and clients in a very busy call center environment
Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user programs
Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
Documenting internal procedures
Assisting with onboarding of new users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems
DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (Security+ CE) is required
1-3 years of Systems Administration and/or IT Help Desk Experience
Ability to work independently and part of a team in researching data and developing analytical techniques and methodologies
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
