Responsibilities

Have at least 14 years overall experience
Complete Hands On Experience with Ruby on Rails, along with other common libraries such as RSpec and Resque
Good understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
Good understanding of server-side templating languages
Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessor
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful
A knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code
Develop large projects with minimal guidance
Implement scalable solutions using high performance, reliable and maintainable code
Perform unit and functional testing of all work done
Document all work done
Explore a large codebase to determine how existing code should evolve to meet new requirements
Investigate problems that are not yet well understood and propose solutions
