Human Resources Manager
CFS is a respected nonprofit organization seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across multiple sites. The role involves overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing employee engagement within a purpose-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and performance management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Provide guidance and support to managers and HR team members across locations
Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Lead training, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives
Travel regularly to provide onsite HR support across regional locations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in HR management or senior-level HR roles
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Nonprofit experience is a plus
