Responsibilities

Provide first point of IT support contact for all U.S.-based staff

Provisioning of workstations for users with various company SOE and requirements

Understanding of up-to-date IT related security practices

Implementation and configuration of IT hardware and software solutions for end-users

Troubleshoot all ICT related issues

Manage Helpdesk tickets, planning and prioritization, systemically to minimize backlog and ensure operational efficiency
