Enabling focus, transparency and expectations for design research practice across cross functional portfolio and accelerates learning velocity
Effectively navigates the needs of partners and stakeholders, leveraging critical-thinking skills that factor in data, research insights, scalability and tech constraints that deliver meaningful, actionable insights and tracking how we influence insights-to-action
Demonstrates proficiency with products and processes and apply relevant insights on customers, competitors and broader market trends to business challenges that shape a shared point of view for their team, partners and stakeholders
Has a solid understanding of tech, data capabilities and emerging technologies and uses this knowledge to inform their work and help their cross-functional team move faster and navigate technical limitations in service of the impactful solutions
Leverages a rich network of partnerships across lines of business and the organization to foster collaboration and share solutions, incorporating cross-functional perspectives to bridge gaps in information
Presents work across levels and job functions using a human-centered approach that integrates design frameworks, data and research insights to articulate a compelling point of view that influences strategic decision-making and direction at senior levels
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years conducting user research
At least 4 years conducting quantitative or qualitative primary research or data analysis (survey data, behavioral analytics, etc.)
Preferred
At least 7 years conducting research in large, corporate enterprises
Exceptional business communications (verbal and written)
Proven ability to influence executives
