Responsibilities
Compile data for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepare charts, graphs, and tables
Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review
Coordinate activities with other administrators and transcribe notes, or develop slides, spreadsheets and other written materials, or proofreads materials
Perform document management tasks, scheduling, and organizational activities while ensuring compliance with business processes
Individuals are expected to follow and perform all work following site and client-approved safety procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree
6 to 10 years of experience handling executive-level administrative responsibilities, supporting leadership teams, and managing organizational processes
Proficiency in Microsoft products
Will hand information with care and coordinates with internal and external to include government personnel
