Responsibilities

Solicit and engage customers to define learning requirements and objectives for complex technical concepts and scenario based training
Develop engaging training materials in a variety of formats including web-based training, videos, slides, instructor/participant guides, knowledge checks, practical exercises/labs, use cases and best practices
Conduct advanced training courses in cyber hunt, log analysis, intrusion investigation, software operations, platform architecture, and other relevant topics, through use of lectures, demonstrations and hands-on lab exercises
Revise course materials as necessary to maintain currency with development processes and publications
Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and industry professionals to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cyber hunt and related fields to incorporate into training materials
Develop and maintain relationships with operational units to increase training efficacy and operational adoption
Collaborate with other trainers and instructional designers to develop comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of various audiences
Provide mentorship and guidance to internal teams, including coaching on technical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking
Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities in order to provide relevant and timely training to trainees

Required

A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. Citizenship required
6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience
Experience conducting technical training in classrooms or small groups
Experience in cyber operations and analysis
Experience in training curriculum development
Experience working with Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools
Strong presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to travel up to 25% CONUS and OCONUS
Must be able to work in a hybrid environment, spending an average of 1-2 days a week in Columbia, MD. Flexibility is essential to adapt to schedule changes, customer needs, and in person training delivery as needed

Preferred

Current Top Secret level security clearance is preferred
Background in Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO), Network Operations (NetOps), and Intelligence Operations (IntelOps)
Web Based Training development with application such as Articulate (Storyline) or Adobe Captivate
Experience maintaining Learning Management Systems (LMS) libraries and content
