ECP Inside Sales Representative
Hoya Vision Care is a company specializing in optical products, and they are seeking an ECP Inside Sales Representative. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing accounts, and securing new business through prospecting and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies by account, based upon potential incremental business, and execute to meet/exceed established sales goals and objectives
Execute high-quality calls to prospects in order to secure new accounts. Prospecting will make up approximately 40% of the job requirement. The remaining 60% is managing currently active accounts
Complete all sales training opportunities as designed by HOYA
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, and update all competitive knowledge within the CRM system (SalesForce.com)
Increase customer base through prospect calling, lead management, referrals, and supporting account expansion
Utilize all resources to manage your territory. (Key Account Managers, Lens Consultants, Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Service, Accounts Receivables, Credit, etc.)
Understand and negotiate pricing within our pricing structure, and abide by the pricing guidelines set by HOYA
Participate in product trainings and events when needed
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner and use the opportunity to build stronger relationships
Support national marketing campaigns and collateral efforts
Establish a positive working relationship with colleagues
Infrequent travel as required
Qualification
Required
Upper Secondary Education
