Airport Enterprise Asset Manager

Responsibilities
Developing, planning, implementing and managing the asset maintenance program through subordinate supervisors and consultants
Providing input and consultation to Airport employees in the divisions of Finance and Administration, Operations, Security, Facilities Maintenance and Engineering
Interacting with external representatives such as federal regulatory agencies, tenants, and consultants to accomplish established department goals and outcomes for managing the maintenance of assets
Using the computerized Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) to identify resources, analyze reports for operational assessments, streamline maintenance processes according to strategic plans, allocate appropriate resources, and ensure the completion of financial objectives for preventive and corrective maintenance
Qualification
Required
Completion of a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university in engineering, business administration, management, construction management, facilities planning and management, information systems or related field
Three years of experience supervising the daily activities of a large and diversified staff engaged in the repair and maintenance for a large facility or multiple smaller facilities
Five years of project management experience in facilities development or engineering at a large facility or multiple smaller facilities directing the design, implementation and management of projects which has included the use of computerized maintenance management or asset management systems
Possession of a valid proper class motor vehicle's operator's license issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to and during tenure of appointment as an Airport Enterprise Asset Manager
Ability to physically perform the duties and to work in the environmental conditions required of a position in this class
Candidates MUST submit a copy of their official college or university transcript(s) indicating completion of the educational requirement and all required licenses, registrations or certifications at the time of application
Transcripts MUST indicate conference of the appropriate degree
Candidates with a degree from foreign colleges or universities must submit proof of degree as certified by a professional evaluation service
Candidates MUST submit a copy of their license, registration or certification
Preferred
Certification in Project Management from an accredited college or university
Any equivalent combination of education and experience determined to be acceptable by the Office of Human Resources which has included a bachelor's degree as the educational minimum
