Area Sales Manager
Elliott Tool Technologies is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive our sales growth in Latin America. The role involves setting and tracking sales targets, driving sales growth, managing sales channels, and leading customer retention efforts.
Responsibilities
Setting and tracking sales targets
Achieving those targets by meeting behavior and outcome goals in line with •world-class• training, sales systems, and techniques
Driving sales growth by winning enterprise and key accounts
Recruiting, onboarding, and managing sales channels
Working cross-functionally with others to solve customer challenges
Leading customer retention and customer referral actions
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English/Spanish): You possess native or professional proficiency for effective multicultural communication and customer engagement
Goal-Oriented: You set clear targets, follow through, and push for growth
Sales-Focused: You love sales and follow proven processes
Team Player: Confident yet humble—you share credit and stay focused on results

Mechanically Inclined: You grasp how mechanical systems work and can interpret technical data

Travel Requirements: Domestic and International travel up to 30%
Locally Based: You live within commuting distance of Texas City, TX
