Responsibilities

Conducting high-volume outbound prospecting to identify companies in need of technical talent
Performing initial discovery calls to qualify technical requirements and budget fit
Presenting the firm’s portfolio and case studies to prospective technical and business buyers
Coordinating with internal delivery managers to provide accurate project estimates
Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified leads within the software outsourcing niche
Acting as the primary point of contact from initial lead generation through to contract closing
Ensuring a smooth transition of new accounts to the account management or delivery teams
Maintaining a deep understanding of current tech trends (e.g., Cloud, AI, Mobile) to sell effectively

Required

3–5 years of experience in the outsourced development industry
Flexibility to travel for US-based client meetings
