This role involves designing commercially viable swimwear collections, managing the design process, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product execution.

Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal swimwear collections aligned to licensed brand standards and consumer expectations
Translate creative concepts into detailed sketches, Illustrator drawings, and production-ready tech packs
Own design accuracy across measurements, materials, construction, and licensing requirements
Partner with Design Leadership, Product Development, and Production to ensure smooth execution from concept to delivery
Interpret market trends through a licensed-brand lens—commercial, wearable, and on-margin
Manage multiple programs simultaneously without compromising quality or timelines
Qualification
Required
Proven swimwear design experience with a strong portfolio, ideally across licensed brands
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator with strong technical drawing capability
Deep understanding of swimwear construction, textiles, and production processes
Experience building detailed tech packs and working within compliance-driven brand environments
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating at pace
A collaborative designer who understands that great product is both creative and executable
