Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BI reports, queries, and dashboards based on customer requirements
Translate user requirements into queries, visualizations, and reusable dashboard templates (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Assist in analyzing source systems and building logical data models
Implement and tune Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and validate data accuracy, troubleshoot data-load errors and performance bottlenecks
Perform data validation and testing to ensure business needs are met
Troubleshoot reporting and data anomalies, escalating issues when necessary
Document business processes, use cases, and technical solutions for long-term maintainability. Maintain data dictionaries, lineage diagrams, and ¿how-to¿ guides to support knowledge transfer and audit readiness
Support data integrity, system performance monitoring, and adherence to configuration standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and enhance BI functionality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, programming, or business systems analysis
An associate degree in a related field may substitute for the bachelor's
Relevant experience may substitute for education up to two years
