Design, develop, and maintain mainframe applications supporting crew management and timekeeping
Perform enhancements and defect fixes using COBOL and DB2
Analyze existing batch and online programs and optimize performance
Collaborate with business analysts and operations teams to implement changes
Support production issues and on-call rotations as required
Qualification
Required
8+ years of mainframe development experience
Strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL
Experience with workforce, timekeeping, or scheduling systems
Onshore coordination and stakeholder interaction experience
