Project Manager / Scrum Master – OPAL Customer Pull Ahead
Saicon is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the OPAL Customer Pull Ahead initiative, focused on accelerating customer adoption, operational readiness, and delivery timelines. This role requires strong coordination across business, technology, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Lead Agile and hybrid delivery for the OPAL Customer Pull Ahead program
Coordinate planning and execution to accelerate customer onboarding or rollout timelines
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage sprint execution
Identify and manage risks related to schedule compression, dependencies, and change management
Align technical delivery with operational readiness and customer commitments
Provide clear executive reporting on progress, risks, and mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
7+ years of Project Management / Scrum Master experience
Strong experience managing accelerated delivery or pull-ahead initiatives
Proven ability to manage complex dependencies and tight timelines
Experience working closely with operations and customer-facing teams
Preferred
Experience in logistics, transportation, or operational programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Scrum Master, SAFe, or PMP certification
