Responsibilities

Conduct on-site assessments of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Diagnose failure mechanisms and system performance issues
Produce written findings, technical opinions, and repair recommendations
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project deliverables
Oversee small to mid-sized assignments independently with limited oversight
Support client relationships and repeat work opportunities

PE licenseMEP engineering experienceDesign domain knowledgeTroubleshootingDiagnosticsAnalytical abilityReport-writing abilityConsulting experienceMaster’s degree in engineeringIndependent work

Required

PE license required (or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
7+ years of MEP engineering experience
Design domain knowledge
Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, system evaluations, or claims-related work
Strong analytical and report-writing ability
Comfortable working independently in the field as well as in a consulting setting

Preferred

Master's degree in engineering preferred
