Responsibilities

Create and develop BIM content using Autodesk Revit, including:

Project development models

Parametric family creation

Project and global parameter manipulation

Develop coordinated, accurate Revit models that reflect architectural and structural design intent

Produce construction documentation for permitting, fabrication, and installation

Consult with engineering staff on model and drawing development and coordination strategies

Work directly with architecture, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure constructability and accuracy

Support clash detection, issue resolution, and ongoing model coordination

Produce BIM-related marketing and presentation materials, including:

Renderings

Conceptual and schematic models

Support internal and external communication through clear, well-organized visual outputs

Manage BIM files, model organization, and version control

Support software management, updates, and license coordination

Seek opportunities to improve workflows, modeling standards, and document quality

Conduct research on BIM-related tools and software advancements to keep the team informed and current
