Responsibilities

You will provide support to Division Leadership, Integrated Lines of Business VPs, Corporate Benefits, Vendors, Transition Managers and Directors, Payroll, IT&S, and the Corporate HRIS Team

Oversee and execute HR onboarding of acquired employees, with onsite support provided by ILOB HR

You will work with employee data files and interface with multiple support partners and vendors

You will proactively evaluate and recommend process improvements to increase efficiencies and quality

Develop HR solutions to meet evolving business needs pertaining to growth and change

Required

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years of experience in HR or related field
