Responsibilities
Facilitate the transfer of specialized knowledge and skills for Program Finance Analysts
Drive innovation and continuous improvement through expert insights
Enhance the capabilities and career growth of employees through mentorship and training
Provide expert advice to support strategic decision-making and project success
Assemble panels of SMEs to provide guidance on specific topics and strategic initiatives
Conduct workshops and study halls led by SMEs on relevant topics and skills
Offer consulting services from SMEs to support specific program challenges and assist in initial baseline setup
Create a centralized repository of expert insights, best practices, and resources
Work in partnership with SAS/Corporate PMX, Other Segment SMEs, Program Tools development/rollout, Policy updates, Program Finance University, other functions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
Preferred
Knowledge in Finance program interface for proposals, billings, cost control and other financial controls
Experience in the managing of finance in the defense and aerospace industry
Working knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisition Regulations
Experience in EVMS and/or Microsoft Project a plus
Ability to work with management and other functional areas in a fast-paced multiple project environment with changing priorities
