Salesforce Solution Engineer
Aretiforce is an established, fast-growing Salesforce partner expanding its US presence. They are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to act as the technical backbone of the sales process, partnering closely with teams to design, demo, and validate Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities
Act as the technical partner to Sales and GTM , supporting opportunities from discovery through close
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements, constraints, and success criteria
Design and articulate Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Build and deliver tailored demos, solution walkthroughs, and proofs of concept
Translate business needs into clear solution architectures and implementation approaches
Support RFPs and proposals with technical input, estimates, and solution documentation
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with best practices
Share feedback and patterns to help improve demos, assets, and pre-sales playbooks
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Background in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales Architecture, or Technical Consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Comfort building demos, whiteboarding solutions, and answering deep technical questions
A proactive, curious mindset suited to a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Additional exposure to Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce, Tableau, or Heroku is a plus
