Account Executive - Consumer Goods
Aretiforce is a high-growth, specialist Salesforce consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-impact work for consumer goods organizations. They are seeking a Salesforce Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and build trusted client relationships while selling consulting and delivery services in the consumer goods sector.
Responsibilities
Own the full Salesforce sales cycle across US-based consumer goods clients
Sell Salesforce consulting and delivery services across CRM, data, automation, and industry use cases
Engage senior stakeholders across Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT
Lead discovery conversations tied to real consumer goods challenges and outcomes
Partner closely with senior architects and delivery leaders to shape high-value proposals
Build long-term, trusted client relationships and expand strategic accounts
Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal execution with discipline
Qualification
Required
Proven experience selling Salesforce solutions or consulting services in the US market
Strong understanding of the consumer goods sector (FMCG, CPG, manufacturing, distribution)
A consultative, value-led sales approach
Confidence engaging VP- and C-level stakeholders
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles
Self-directed, relationship-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth environment
