Responsibilities
Oversee and manage CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Mechanical, Industrial, and fabrication-related processes
Ensure precision and efficiency
Coordinating workflows
Managing virtual design processes
Overseeing the integration of all disciplines possible from soup to nuts
Primary focuses on Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Protection and Manufacturing related Protections into models
Shop drawings with associated Fabrication related details to produce, assemble and install
Final as-built related responsibilities to include its complete lifetime asset management through the facilities future proofing while capturing its entire lifecycle throughout its entirety
Qualification
Required
Must possess a preponderance of passion for their craft, so much so that they need to lead the pack in many disciplines, industries and endeavors
Expertise in CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM) its Coordination being able to support LOD 300, 350, 400 to be fabricated assembled and installed including 500 delivered at a COBie level of professionalism every time to deliver completely developed package that utilizes the very best that technology offers to take full advantage of the Industrial Revolution of building fabrication and Manufacturing that will establish and maintain the norm of the future that we are destined to lead
Excellence in Virtual Design and Construction processes
Excellent experience in Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Fire Protection systems, with further knowledge extending into the manufacturing industry, is a must
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Excellent ability to collaborate and lead a team in a virtual online environment
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, and design-related processes with real-world hands-on immersion of at least 5+ years is an absolute must
Preferred
Strong CAD, BIM & 3D Solid Modeling software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, plus capabilities in Solidworks, Inventor, Creo, CATIA, MicroStation, and more preferred)
Experience plus a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
