Responsibilities
Lead design, detailing, installation, and assessment of building envelope components
Evaluate building envelopes, including roofing, windows, and facades, for various structures
Provide expert support in litigation, conducting cause and origin investigations
Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and officials for successful project outcomes
Manage projects related to new construction and renovations, coordinating all involved parties
Analyze and develop detailed construction documents
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in building envelope design and forensic investigation
Expertise as a building inspector for commercial and residential properties
Proficiency in project management and fenestration systems
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel for site inspections and project management duties
Expert witness testimony experience
Professional Engineer or Registered Architect
