The Supply Chain and Procurement Manager ensures strategic sourcing, contractual compliance, and operational excellence to achieve corporate objectives for quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute purchasing and logistics strategies

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate commercial terms and contracts

Identify, qualify, and select contractors/manufacturers, including market research, benchmarking, capability assessments, and due‑diligence processes

Evaluate the professional level of suppliers — assessing technical skills, operational discipline, adherence to safety and quality protocols, and long‑term reliability

Lead comprehensive negotiations covering pricing, service levels, delivery standards, and contractual obligations

Prepare, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring continuous compliance with agreed service, performance, and quality standards

Define, agree on, and implement operational work standards for all contractors and manufacturers, including ongoing monitoring and enforcement

Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities

Lead, mentor, and supervise procurement and logistics staff

Collaborate with internal teams to meet business and operational requirements

Monitor performance and drive continuous process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field

5+ years of experience managing procurement and logistics teams

Demonstrated ability to identify contractors/manufacturers, evaluate their professionalism, negotiate complex agreements, and manage long‑term contractual relationships

Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Proficient with ERP and supply chain software

Knowledge of global logistics and trade compliance

Strong English skills for negotiations, documentation, and contract management
