Responsibilities
Represent plaintiffs in employment and civil rights litigation, advocating for justice and fair treatment
Prepare and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather evidence and build compelling cases
Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation and courtroom representation
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop effective legal strategies
Analyze case law and legal precedents to support arguments and strengthen cases
Handle employment litigation cases, addressing workplace discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination
Engage in civil rights litigation, defending clients' constitutional and legal protections
Participate in trials, presenting cases effectively to judges and juries
Maintain compliance with legal standards and ethical practices throughout all case proceedings
Qualification
Required
Active license to practice law in the state of California
Proven experience in civil litigation, particularly on the plaintiff side
Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents
Proficiency in conducting discovery and managing case evidence
Demonstrated expertise in employment and civil rights litigation
Ability to handle trial proceedings with confidence and professionalism
Excellent analytical and research skills to support case preparation
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work with clients and legal teams
