Responsibilities
Lead the technical design, implementation, testing, analysis, and debugging of software systems
Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to development teams throughout the software lifecycle
Review and mentor team members’ code to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance requirements
Drive the use of software configuration management and version control tools (e.g., Git)
Oversee integration of continuous integration (CI) pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Support development and testing across multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, and embedded environments
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while independently resolving complex technical challenges
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving technical requirements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of professional software development experience, including design, implementation, testing, analysis, and debugging
TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
Demonstrated experience using software configuration management tools (e.g., Git)
Experience developing software systems with a solid understanding of operating system internals in at least one of the following environments: BSD/Linux/Unix, Windows, macOS, Android, RISC assembly
Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and testing applications on one or more of the following platforms: Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, or embedded systems
Ability to reverse engineer (RE) code
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
Preferred
Undergraduate or graduate degree, or relevant certifications, in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
Demonstrated experience utilizing a diverse set of development languages
In-depth understanding and/or hands-on implementation of Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) techniques and methodologies, including application and mitigation techniques for one or more supported operating systems
Experience applying continuous integration and automated testing tools to modern software development practices
Demonstrated experience working with firewalls, standard operating system security features, and platform security protections (PSPs)
