Responsibilities

Manages and oversees Procurement and Expeditor team members

Supports business development and estimating groups by creating innovative material supply strategies needed to win large infrastructure projects

Leads material bid process by soliciting pricing from global supply list

Negotiates contracts with successful material supply bids

Tracks commodity markets to properly identify material risks

Establishes and maintains strategic vendor relationships from around the globe

Tracks project success by tracking forecast, budgeted and actual material pricing

Expedites material deliveries by tracking status of material manufacturing, shipment and receipt

Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures

Performs special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or other related field

Minimum of ten (10) years' experience working in the T&D industry, with previous knowledge of construction contract administration, EPC procurement, and business law

Previous experience with supplier and subcontractor prequalification, Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation, bid tab evaluations and recommendations, contract terms and conditions negotiations, contract generation and issuance, vendor submittal management, and expediting oversight on EPC T&D projects
